Storm looks like she did in the comics through a chunk of the '80s.

She was, however, an adult when Xavier first recruited her to the X-Men, but the movie version seems to more follow the Ultimate version -- which I'm not as keen on, for many reasons.

She's one of Apocalypses four horsemen in this flick. Magneto, archangel, psylocke and Storm.

Looks like they'll do her whole pickpocket in Cairo origin story but it looks like Apocalypse will find her before Xavier in this version due to his Egyptian origins.

Pretty fun change that makes use of two disparate characters geographically similar origins. Should be fun to see how it plays out!

Just a thought: is the ending scene of Days of future past when Logan wakes up to the new and better future happens after the events of Apocalypse? Storm switching sides, young Storm look like a villain based on teaser pics

once the multiverse and alternate timelines are introduced anything goes really, that could just be the future of a timeline where Apocalypse never came to power and things played out semi-normally.

As Hank theorizes in DOFP, time is like a river, it can have a rift or ripple, and bit eventually it will correct itself to what it supposed to be. So Apocalypse will emerge and cause some stuff, but he doesn't have a long term affect on the world. So far we see Jean and Scott together, so Charles has found them, and Storm will be apart of them soon, and things progress to the 90's and 00's. Some things may be different in between, but they all end up happy by the year 2023 as we see them when Logan wakes up.

Maybe instead of nerfing Xavier this time they'll amplify everyone else, powers enhanced due to the prescense of a super powerful Apocalypse.

I think thats the SDCC trailer that has finally leaked. Charles is in Cerebro and has a look of shock, Charles' eyes get big, turn black and he says "I've never felt power like this before."
