Many times, I know that they filmed some scenes in Woodstock but I've never checked out the locations. I probably should take a road trip this winter when the river is frozen and it all looks appropriately creepy.

The Blu-Ray features say that even though it was ice cold when filming, it was dry - no snow. Practical effects in the foreground and matted in snow in the background. hard to believe.

The bridge Fairbanks falls from is on Elm. his path prior to the fall is easy to find on Google Maps. Still looks the same...

Budweiser filmed south of there back in the 80's...

I think it may be near Jenne Farm, but the buildings there today don't seem to match

There's a restaurant in Woodstock my wife and I want to go to so that's a good excuse to do some location peeping at the same time.

The Budweiser ad was filmed at the Jenne Farm so that should be easy to find - Jenne Farm

Grew up in VT, been to Woodstock. Never saw that movie though. Will have to catch it!

I never heard of the movie but looking at that cast list I want to. I can't believe some of those actors are in a horror movie.
