Limited Run Wolverine Shirt (X-Men Days of Future Past) by Magnoli Clothiers

Anyone else disgusted by these updates? What is the difference in availability of sizes?
Every time I inquire I hear..."It'll be a few more weeks"... Come on...WTF?
I have never purchased from Magnoli...and at this point, probably will never again.

The initial run of fabric was only enough to complete the S, M, L sizes. We had to make more cloth for the XL & XXL. These are made in the same facility as our Paranormal Jumpsuits (as well as many other items) which have been overrun by backorders (current wait on made-to-measure items is now 8-9 months). We just don't have the manpower to meet the demand. We're trying to get more workers and/or open new facilities, but this takes a lot of time and money... both of which are limited, unfortunately. Please keep in mind that this shirt is not the only project we're working on, it's very hard to juggle all these, maintain accuracy and quality while keeping everyone happy. We're doing our best! :)

I'm just going to say that I work in a field that deals with merchandising, including clothing.

Clothing is still messed up. Everything that anyone wanted ordered for products - snaps, thread, buttons, zippers, cloth, etc - wasn't being made or delivered for over a year. That doesn't mean that people quit ordering it, it just meant that there was a production backlog of a year. Then people saw that there was a backlog and started ordering for extended periods.

You don't want to wait 6 months to get 3 months worth of merchandise, so they doubled their orders. Now your backlog is closer to 2 years worth of merch, and people are still making orders.

I spent 8 months waiting for shirt blanks. They couldn't get the fabric. 2 months for the printing company to receive them. Then 5 months waiting for them in the printing queue.

After all of that, I had to wait 3 weeks for the transportation backlog to ship them to me so I could move them to a warehouse.

Yes, it sucks waiting for something that you have paid for, but a lot of things are STILL really backed up right now.

Anyone with dispatch notice and tracking number.....has your tracking number actually updated yet or is it still saying its waiting to be collected from the shipper?

We have a big consignment coming in (that includes these shirts) that is being help up because of other pieces. I'm trying to get this part cleared through more quickly, but it's problematic as everything is bundled up together. I'm sorry I keep having to say "next week", but that's what I'm being told by our shipping agent. I'm following up regularly and will post more updates as I have them.

Well, after 3 years of waiting, the shirt finally came in. It does not look like I imagined, very dull.
It does not fit, too big....and I asked if it was a regular or a slim fit.
After reviewing their return policy, it makes 0 sense to return it......return/shipping fees, customs, 3-5 weeks, etc, etc, etc.
Considering it is cotton, maybe I can shrink it a bit and maybe have it tailored.
Very dissatisfied with the whole transaction.
