The nose bit just seemed a bit smaller in the original picture.

I like it more to right now, also I want to use this as a training exercise to get a 3d model into a well made finished piece.
The mask box and everything.
Only the japanese ribbons will be a problem for me haha
It's not in the picture so I'm guessing it's not a part of the design.

Looks pretty b.a. to me bub! The design was probably like Captain America's in The Avengers with a hood then the cowl over it, having the hooded part with the chin area. Some of the cartoon Wolvie's have a hooded cowl. Dang I hope there's pics of the entire suit, or at least concept art!

And to be honest that actually makes a lot of sence and I didn't think of that till now :O
And no the only thing that's out right now is this piece.
I will be emailing legacy effects after I've finished creating it to ask if I could have/see the concept art of what the rest of the suit would look like so I could recreate that aswell.

I definitely would like to see what the rest of the concept design as for this. And honestly, I'd like to know what kind of role the suit would have even played in the story.

Some articles say this is based on the original 1975 outfit. I'm not sure if Legacy will wanna talk about it, they asked for the image to be taken down from most of the major articles. Sounds like they might be saving it for DoFP (hopefully!) In DoFP the future XMen wear armor, and the future grey streak haired Logan is wearing a yellow top. I hope they rerelease it soon! \\\ ///

I really love the look of this cowl, i like that it is a more modernized look from the classic comic suit like with the gloves, they have the openings for Logan's claws to come out from that is cool as and the cowl still has the "horn/ears" which starts from the nose and goes up, perfect comic inspired suit. I still like the Ultimate looking costumes like they use in X-Men 1,2 and 3 that was cool as but if something like this was teased in the Wolverine and him using it in DOFP than that is how it would have come to be with him wearing it, but yeah i love how this looks.
