hello,

is it possible to send me the sizes because i can't print them out. or can i buy a helmet from u

I hope that very soon it will be a possibility to purchase a helmet. I am going to begin sculpting again so Wolverine will be one of the first few projects that I tackle so stay tuned if you are still in the market for one. Thanks!

Love this!!!! Especially since I ALSO have a foam Wolverine mask and I absolutely love it!!! I'd love to contact you to see if u would be interested in possibly making one for sale? I'd definitely love to have a second one! Great work!!!

I'm really impressed by the cowl you made. That was awesome! But as far as I've seen, you managed to make it more "round" ... without those edges ... did you smooth it out using paint coats or just epoxi then coats?

No excessive paint coats, plasti-dip, or epoxies used. Some very small holes where my super glue separated were filled with elmers glue. I did use a softer foam than most use (I believe) which allows for better flex at splices and rounded areas. Do a search for my posts on the rpf and I threw up a link for the foam I used. (It's 1/4" closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam from "the foam factory".) Hope this helps you in your future builds.

Also, check out durkness' posts here on the rpf for different foam splicing techniques. He is a foam wizard! Also, join the "pepakura depository" (durkness is the admin) on Facebook for group foam postings, general technique advice, and encouragement for your builds.

Happy building!
