I'm new! I posted and done a intro! I want to make a suit! I found alot of great articles on here about how-to! To be honest the body mold and painting worries me most! But,I'd like a good mask {wolf} first. And build suit around it! I'd like one with working jaws. Any advice? Be nice!!!

Well, about a working jaw system, there are two people that I know of that makes them: Grusderk and 1a2b3c [found on youtube]. I'm not going to guarantee they are great, there just two I know of that are reasonably and won't cost you and arm and a leg. I never dealt with Grusderk, but below are two complaints about his work:

I had pretty much the same question as you do: how to make a authentic mask with a working mandible system. I'm still working on it myself. It takes a special kind of latex, from what I understand. I believe that the majority of mask made here aren't designed to have a considerable amount of flexibility in them.

As for 1a2b3c, his mask is made from foam and not latex. Another member may be able to find the thread about it.

As for a very good mask, here is the thread for "who makes what":

He's got quite a few threads of what he's done:

The reason why is because the jaw system is made of fiberglass, which can break and create razor sharp edges that can cut you.
The real issues weren't with the material but the craftmanship.
