Wiseman costume from Sucker Punch - help needed

Hello everyone! I'm trying to get together a Wiseman costume from Sucker Punch in time for DragonCon. I know I don't have much time, so I'd like to just buy someone's ready-to-go costume, or even rent it. But if that doesn't work out, I'll just keep trying to put one together.

I'm going with the trench warfare version. Can anyone help identify what he's wearing, and where I might find the various pieces?
