At the urging of certain members who will remain nameless...Mumbaki , BnB I was informed that it was bad karma not to show the fruits of my labor thus far.
These are the pics of only some of my suit, there are some parts I just never took pictures of, not sure why.

bucket started as a paintballer..

Finished product has LED sight and three sizes of dreds, mid sized are in "top-knot" at the back, pics of it aren't that great, will post more later

I swear I have pics of the gaunts but I'm getting a cramp with all this clicking. lol More to come

That's looking good! Pretty smooth, I can't wait to see how the gauntlets are assembled.

What is the lens from? It looks opaque! I think your dread rings are my favorite so far...

the lens is the "goggles" that came with the helmet, window tint was used to darken to my taste.

Looks good, I hate it when you can see a person staring back at you in a pred suit.

there is something cool going on there...

maybe go with a darker color on the bio just to tone down the difference between the dreds and bio in the back.

Thanks for the encouragement folks.
I was telling Mumbaki that since I'm doing a Samurai kind of thing instead of the usual Preds seen, I was on the nervous side what you guys might think. I see some of the owrk happening here and it just blows my mind so..
Anyways, the gaunts, as promised.

Pringles cans and gap-foam, and I was shooting for a scaley, skin-like texture so I spread PL-premium on them and pushed it around to make it bubble up.

Knowing I was going to be in a bar come Halloween, I figured the WOW factor would work in my favor and it was minor to add so here's what the left one looks like in the dark. There are 6 colors and it cycles through slowly or qucikly depending on the setting I choose.

Both gaunts have a little yellow blinker on the outside , no pics lol I figured this was enough for now.

Very cool! NIce work on the parts so far!!!! I think I have seen your gaunt blades before...I almost bought that for my first set of gaunts last year.....blade from a sword isnt it??? What did you end up using for your dred beads??? They look great!

My blade is from a cheap little sword. lol I'ma garabgeman so when I saw it sittin there in a box at the road, I grabbed it I love my job.
My dreds have small pieces of latex that I had to trim from other parts of my suit. Latex is really hard to come by where I am and I went through all of my first batch so when I trimmed, I just couldn't throw the **** away. I just painted them according to my planned color scheme and they seemed to turn out ok. Thanks for the compliments.
