WIP Stunt ANH Storm Trooper Helmet (Yes another one of these).

Greetings All.

And welcome to my WIP build of the ANH Stunt Trooper Helmet. Inspired by some of the amazing work done here by terra1 and toxx I have taken to pepakura as the means to build my work. This is my second big pep project and I am hoping in the end to get a good result.

First things first building space cowboys awesome helmet pep. I used a pretty thick card as opposed to paper as I believe this will hold its shape better before the fibreglass stage. Here is some photos of how the pep stands currently, and yes the inverted cheeks are fixed, one of those things you only notice when you step back and look at a project :$ Stay posted its going to be a wild ride.

And so the hardening begins. Coat of fibre glass resin on the outside then I will fibreglass the inside before the body filler begins.

And Now the interior fibre glassing is done. Now the fun part, bondo and sanding.
