And if so who would you like to make it and how realistic should it be? (I.E. moving parts, counter.etc) and what should the price be for this ?

Do you know what the details on this are? (Like will it be metal construction and working trigger?)

Sadly, that teaser's been on their site forEVER. I don't think there's been a single bit of info released on it.

I'm not getting my hopes up, at this point.

There are some Studio Pulse Rifles floating around out there. Not licensed ... but hell, there are so many heavy parts in there it's lucky the BATF isn't confiscating them!

My buddy Myxlplkt dropped mine onto his concrete driveway just because he had no idea how heavy they are.

D'oh!

Licensed doesn't always mean most accurate. The PR is made from so many real world gun parts that it would be hard for a skilled prop maker to get it really wrong.

the word on the street is that the hollywood collectables pr should have everything a aliens fan would want it to have , to my understanding one of there consultants is a "god of resin "

Given the issues the Korbin Dallas gun has had with the electronics, I would not begrudge HGC another year to make sure the counter works right.

But yes, Tain, there was already 1 licensed PR from icons years ago. HGC will do it justice when they release their own - eventually.

:)

The Icons model was resin made (except the only one metal prototype) but I have heard the HCG would be all metal......and yes, made after studying a screen used one !!!

Eventually is the key word. I've been watching their website for over a year.

I doubt it will be made out of metal like the original hero rifle.

Too cost prohibitive.

That's the reason I'm building my own. I'm tired of waiting for an "official" replica to be made. I know a lot don't want to go that route (building) but I can't wait any longer!

Okay let me ask you guys this then. Can you build an all metal pulse rifle for less then say $1,000.00 US and if you can what is there out in the channels that you know in the way of parts that are ready to get and assemble?

I don't know about under $1000 but I think the real weapons parts versions can't be bettered. :)

Like most I have been waiting for this aswell but until then I went the 'build it yourself route'. I was not prepared for alot of it but after researching and asking questions its going nicely and when done its a piece you can be proud to say you put together. Still saving for HCG version tho:p
