Will a pressure pot work under these circumstances?

I want to sandwich flat, open backed molds between two parallel sheets of glass. These sheets of glass will be held in place by gravity. I want to do this so I can stack many open-backed molds inside a single pressure pot.

Will the pressure of a pressure pot still crush the bubbles under these situations? I'm struggling to visualize what would happen.

Yes it'll work. Glass is often used to give parts a flat surface when cast in an open back mold.
