who makes good spiderman masks? (where's this guy getting them from?)

i've been talking this this guy who sells them on ebay:

and he's told me that he buys them in and just sells them on, but he wouldnt tell me where he gets them from. he's selling them for $95, so he must be only paying $70 max to make it worth his while. anyone know where he's getting them from?

They look poorly made and looks like puffy fabric paint on it as webbing.
