I just think that if a seller open a website and sell stuff, they should have at least reply to the customer in a timely manner.
I mean if the seller decide to ignore all emails coming in because people want your stuff, why advertise the products at all ? Might as well shut it down.
Plus, why does the customer must a third party person to get the ball rolling ?
Sometime I cant make any sense of this.

I know a couple of people who were not getting satisfactory service but after talking to Lewis, the ball started rolling. In fact, in a recent situation, a customer who had been waiting almost a year had a gun shipped out the SAME DAY once Lewis got involved. He definitely seems to be the individual to talk to when it comes to sci-fire issues.

If this bad service was nothing to do with you then you don't need to make any explanations for the bad apples.
I know I will certainly never deal with them again though. And I hope I haven't been sent a defected casting after all this time.

I just wanted to make sure everyone understood my involvement.
I'm sorry we (as a whole) dropped the ball on this.
Please accept my apologies.

YES...there are still other people who haven´t received their LG´s...ME
I tried to get in contact with Robstyle, Jack Bauer, Slave1pilot etc.
Last message I received from Rob was is february, stating that John -somehow- managed to "misplace" my TWO LG´s. :unsure
SO he had to cast 2 new ones, which are -to my liking- more heavy, since the rubber didn´t expand that much because of the cold and he used more rubber.
Anyway...last thing I read in Slave1pilot JY thread was, that my LG´s shipped and the tracking information was sent to me THREE times already.
THAT IS NOT TRUE.
Maybe my order was mixed up with Marcus´aka kurtyboy.? :confused
Rob planned to ship my LG´s to phillipes, who should manage the intl. s&h for him/John whoever.
With all given respect and appreciation to the people who are putting time and efforts in this whole issue, but...
I WANT MY STUFF.................
I´d really appreciate, if somebody -finally- would be able to help me out.
Many thanks, Markus
