Who is ebay seller Markpoon?

Got an email earlier tonight.

They are using my pics for the gems they are making, and don't have anything to do with me.

Anyone know who they are?

I don't mind him making the gems, more power to him. Lord knows I was not the first person to sell these things. I just got an assload of pissed off emails asking why I was selling through another company, and the gent who did the design work and laid out the cash for the mold wasn't really all that enthused either.

He still gets a percentage of the sale from the gems, so needless to say, he wasn't entirely thrilled when he called me.

The seller sent me an email and said he would take the pics down, and that's cool with me.
