Reading about the recent pop-up museum/display in Hollywood, Ca. with Icons of Darkness display. I believe most of the collection belongs to former childhood actor Rich Correll, including the Vader helmet seen below:

Any provenance on this bucket? I know the signs says "production made" which does not necessarily mean screen used. Is this a 20th Century Fox touring helmet?

That's a Don Post Deluxe helmet and not a production made piece.
Now that I look closer, it does appear to have the DP Deluxe "flipped" face paint scheme.

Which means that they KNOW this is not a "production made" helmet, but rather traces its lineage back to a hero ESB bucket.

Weirdly, Rich is a an acquaintance of mine. I’ve seen a lot of his horror stuff and it’s an amazing collection. Not sure about his SW stuff, but a lot of his horror items are new pulls from OG molds, if that helps.

I saw an interview with him from 2015 and his horror collection is incredible. I think he also has a hero Green Goblin mask from the first Spiderman film, right?

I hope someone didn't deceive him about that display Vader helmet being "production made" as it looks to possible be the $1200 Don Post Deluxe that was sold in the mid 1990s, like when Mark Hamill himself was selling these babies on QVC:
