which matt black ????

Hi all,

im going to be putting together an all metal sidkit BR blaster ive just ordered and am thinking of using the matt black and graphite technique on the top section, barrel etc, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good rattle tin of dead matt black spray ???? the only reason i ask is i recently bought a tin of Tamiya matt olive green and it was far from matt and more of a satin finnish.

which i suppose goes to show, not all matt finishes are equal.

Krylon extra flat black.
It the flatest paint I have ever seen personaly.

thanks for that, ive just done a Google but it does'nt appear that Krylon is available here in the UK :sick i even checked Ebay but all that comes up are clear lacquers and gold leaf pens etc.

Im off to Halfords this afternoon

I used the graphite/matt black technique years ago but cant remember the paint i used, but now you mention it im pretty sure it was a car paint.
