Where to get a latex mask restored?

I have a Don Post 1988 Karloff that I would like to get restored to a more presentable state. It's dry rotted and cracked around the face and neck.

It's from the run of Frankenstein masks Sam McCain finished for the opening of Disney Parks. He told me himself before he died in the MotorCycle accident(may he rest in piece)

This mask is a special piece of history and I want it fixed up. Any help would be appreciated.
