Where to buy Darth Vader cape fabric

I cannot seem to find a source for fabric for a Darth Vader cape online or my local fabric stores. I have been scouring the forums and have landed on the following:

• 10-12oz (midweight/medium weight)
• Wool or Poly Wool Blend

I also went to Hobby Lobby and Joann Fabrics. HL didn’t have wool at all. Joann’s had only a few Polyester/Wool Blends, but none in black. I have found one place online that has medium heavy weight, but that falls outside the ranges recommended above (at 14oz). If I’m talking nonsense, please let me know. I have never bought fabric and never sewed anything.

If anyone knows any sources for these fabrics, I’d really appreciate it. Need shipping to the US… preferably soon.

I’m open to other ideas and I’m kind of starting to freak out because time is running out to get this entire thing completed by Halloween.
