Where do I start?

So, I've started pricing out stuff, and I'm just about ready to start making it. However, I know first to nothing about building a costume, and I have no idea how I start out creating this. I've read a few things, but I still don't know where to start, either on the head, body, armor, idk. any links or suggestions that could help me?

It's all up to you on just where to start your build. Myself, I've started with the equipment and adjusting them to match a theme I'm going for.

Most people start with the head and bio, then go from there. I don't do whole costumes as I'm not into cosplay, I just do masks, but the princples remain the same whatever you make. If it's a baptism of fire then start with something simple like a bio.

I have a few pieces if interested, I have a full suit coming and gave up on my build. I have Feet, gauntlets, blades, hands, netting and more but can't remember it all.

Well, yes, and I know where the feet are, but the netting I need to do some more looking.
