Where do I get material?

I am wanting to make a Han Bespin style jacket, but would rather it not be in the standard Dark Blue or even Khaki colors. I know JoAnns etc, but they have a very standard stock of those colors and not others.

I believe the jacket uses a cotton twill, do any of the costumers here know of a good source of more colors, textures etc for fabrics?
