Do you really want to know where to get a replica "blue pill" as seen in The Matrix- or something close?
You do know the bluepill is the one that keeps you "asleep in the Matrix" right? In other words the one that keeps you believing you have a normal everyday life.

They look like fish oil (or similar) capsules that have been soaked in food colouring.

Folks, it´s a valid question about a not too obscure prop, so please treat it as such.
I am sure that in the heyday of matrix fever someone must´ve made a replica. It would be a cool display to have Morpheus sunglasses and a red and blue pill together.
I think it´s either a tinted resin or blue acrylic that´s been shaped and polished. I don´t think that fish oil pills come in that color, although those are the only translucent pills that I know, too.

I always thought they looked like Nyquil and Dayquil liquicaps (seriously).
They seem to be the same size and shape just slightly different in coloring which could have been done in post.

I am betting if you search at some places for off brand nyquil and dayquil you might find some that are closer to the right color. if you used acrylic then I would say you need at least 3/8th inch thick acrylic. would be a snap on the lathe. even polish it up most the way before breaking them off and polishing up the tips.

There's a brand of day/night cold/flu capsules available in Australia and New Zealand which are red and blue and look just like the film ones.

It's an attractive idea - take the daytime pill to wake up and the nighttime pill to go back to sleep - but the movie pills don't appear to be as football-shaped as the (current, at least) Nyquil/Dayquil or Dimetapp Daytime and Nightime.

Alka-Seltzer cold plus liqui-gels! I think that's as close as you'll get, over the counter that is.
Yep, 'Alka-Seltzer Plus Day & Night Liquid Gels' (the "day" capsule is a fairly screen-accurate blue), & 'Alka-Seltzer Plus Mucus & Congestion Break Up Formula' (for the red pill).
