where can I download the most Movie accurate Iron Man helmet 3D file / model?
Thanks

Thanks
Thanks for the quick reply.
Firstly, I am new to this forum.
I am not sure what I can and cannot ask or do here.
I am asking for the 3D files so I can maybe get the helmet 3D printed.
or I can alter / 3D re-sculpt the helmet to my own liking
if this is not allowed in this forum, then please ignore my questions.
I will not ask again.
Thank you for your time.
I made a Mark 42 helmet file (Can be found in my signature). I said in my thread that you can do whatever you want to my 3d files, as long as you give me some credit! Now, the helmet isn't the most detailed. It's missing grooves all indentations, but it has the correct shape. I designed it so it would be easily made in pepakura, and the detail work would be done with a rotary tool, file, etc. If you want to redesign it so it has all the details it needs for 3d printing, I say go for it!
Despite some people's opinions, for your PERSONAL projects, you can do with them whatever you like. As far as ANY selling or commercial purposes, things get a little hairy. I'm not up on all the rules for selling things made from people free files, as I don't sell things, but you would first want to check with the modeler for permission to use their stuff for selling purposes. And it's a big no-no to alter someone else's files and sell them, or even try to sell other's files in general.
Like Middle finger said, if you make a helmet or armor and post pics, give credit to the modeler.
But, if you make a helmet, and alter it physically to look like something different, that's okay.
No problem.
Almost forgot, please credit the UNFOLDER when showing those pics, too. A good unfold is the difference between it looking good, or it looking AWESOME.
By the way, Gimpee's mk 42 helm is one of my favorite builds.

im sorry but if you meant you can take any model in pepakura and 3d print it well you have to ask the modeller .. when we release models in pepakura it is for pep purposes only not for anyone to export the obj and do whatever they want with it ... this is why darkside syrus and lots of other people only release they're models in pep viewer.. if you want to do ANYTHING with the model other than pepakura you must ask the modeller.
