Where Can I Buy Boot Soles?

I'm thinking about making sentai boots, but the main thing keeping me from being about to do this is trying to find just the rubber soles.

The closest thing I've found is this, but it's for children, the heel isn't tall enough, and the minimum order is 1,000 pairs :wacko

Does anyone know of a resource where I could find boot soles like this?

As Murdoch said, your best bet is to find a an old fashioned cobbler. I can't think of anywhere else to look. Good luck with the search.
