What's on left side of Luke's ESB blaster?

Anyone know exactly what's on the left side of Luke's ESB blaster? The photo below only shows two screws in the middle but without the egg shaped flat parts screwed on like on the Han Solo ESB blaster. Does it have the part with two holes above the handle on the Han blaster? Thanks.

This has been discussed many times before.

The consensus is that during filming all that exists on the left side is one of these from the V8 kit:

I was looking at my pic magnified and there might be one of those distributor retainers on the first screw but I'm not sure. Where can I get a couple of the retainers?

If you want an original part just buy a full kit from ebay. It'll be worth it for all the parts you can cannibalize from it

But you should have no problem getting resin castings in the junkyard.

I thought that was the only part on that blaster, but it now appears there may be a motor/coil piece on there too (see the MR Luke blaster).
I was never 100% sure the motor/coil was there- some pics hint it might be. MR obviously thinks it was.

There are no screws or anything else on that side just the one or two V8 parts.
It was a real firing gun so they only glued bits on.
