what's inside a stormtrooper helmet?

Hi guys
i bought a rubie's first order stormtrooper helmet and i reinforced it with some fiberglass but i don't know what to put inside to make it more "clean"
i was thinking to use black felt but i'm not sure

I put a few stategically placed blocks of foam so that more air can flow inside the helmet - keeps you cooler.

some people also use the internals from inside a hard hat - you can buy them on eBay.

I'd also paint the inside black - makes it more difficult for the public to see the inside.

I second painting the inside flat black then popping in some bike helmet padding.
