What Was Constantines Holy Shotgun Made From?

I was Constantine Today and I was wondering if the Holy Shotgun was a made from a existing firearm but modified for the movie or if it was made for the movie specially. Any info on this? Many Thanks

As far as i know, it was entirely custombuild.

It is entirely custom. I have been working on modifying the replica they made a while back. I completely took it apart. And cast one of the pieces to put better markings and a real flashlight in the top. But havent had much time lately.

It was not entirely custom. They used an existing shotgun for the drum magazine action. All heavily modded out, but here is the base gun:
