Looks like an object that would be sold at your local (Army) Dumpstore.I wouldn't know the specific term,but that's where the veterans come in handy

yer 37 uk army pattern Belt is close but think may need to make them :-(

It's driving me nuts.... I've seen these, had a harness with almost the exact same thing, I can even tell you EXACTLY how it works. But I can't find mine or any references.

ok i think i have found the buckle seem to be a Davis Buckle form Vietnam cant find any on ebay , need to find a supple army store on line in the US i guess
