What movie is this from? (or is it from anything at all)

So I recently heard this song during my yoga class (yeah...) I asked the for the name of the song: Sneeuwland.

I am convinced I've heard it before from a movie soundtrack, but I can't seem to place it. It's been bugging me for a few days. I googled it and could find nothing. Any help?

Apart from it sounding like a less excited Amelie soundtrack and a less gypsyish Sherlock Holmes soundtrack I don't know.
