What is your 2016 Prop/Costume To-do list?

ACK!!!! We are into 4th quarter! Can you believe another year has slipped by so quickly. I am sad to report that most of my projects really haven't made nearly as much progress as I would like.... but I guess SOME progress is better than NO progress. I feel like I need to find a better system for getting things done.

I hate New Year's Resolutions, but I LOVE laying out a list of expectations for myself for the year and there is no better way to hold yourself to your list than to make that list public. So... here are my prop and costume based projects for 2016. Feel free to list up yours as well.

• Design stands for Predator helmets - stands designed and sent to machinist for prototyping. - Stands being finished up now!
• Finish Frank the rabbit costume - waiting to get access to original costume. Project on hold until then.
• Finish Poncho grenade launcher - shipping grenade launcher to machinist.
• Finish Universal Soldier costume - headset came in from shapeways. Working with modeller to make a few changes.
• Finish Impaled Starship Trooper - Putting together chest rig for leg!
• Finish self-contained glow stick for Pandorum - have decided to permanently abandon this project.
• Finish Aliens drop-ship helmet - have decided to permanently abandon this project.
• Finalize Breaking Bad costume display - Mannequins on backorder.
• Finish TFA Tie pilot costume - waiting on chest and back armor from ANOVOS.
• Finish Royce machete sheath - no progress.
• Finish cleanup of Royce’s Berserker helmet trophy - sent this project to artist. Got back concept art. Proceeding forward!
• Finish P1 predator mask - gained access to original Predator laser cluster! Using to scale laser housing!
• Finish Mg-15 - no progress.
• Find charging handle for Mg34 - sent mg-34 to machinist. they are determining how to re-position charging handle.
• Buy the perfect E-11 - no progress.
• Buy MPP for Webley flare gun - MPP obtained!
• Finish undersuit for Myrmidon - no progress.
• Restore Universal Soldier Headset - talked to a modeller about restoration.

#5 - Changed to River Song's squareness gun - finished
#8 - Jaffa diagrams/patterns - almost finished
The rest is still sitting there. Staring at me. Mocking me.

1 - Finish my 2 Dredd costumes
2 - Finish the 6 E-11s I began some time ago
3 - Make a mold and cast the Farscape Heavy Pulse Pistol (it's been waiting)
4 - Make a con-safe foam replica of Rumplestilskin's dagger for a friend
5 - Make River Song's Alpha Meson Blaster for my friend's wife (and possibly the spacesuit that goes with it)
6 - Finish the slightly-larger-to-fit-my-hand Farscape Pulse Pistol I began some time ago
7 - Finish and post diagrams/patterns for the rest of my Dredd costume builds
8 - build and post diagrams/patterns of my Stargate Jaffa armor build
... and spend any extra time before my next con upgrading the Dredd costumes because I rushed some of them
