What Is A Cleaner/cleaning Kit?

I see it every now and then on Ebay when searching for Predators... no one explains what it's for. Couldn't find on local search.

Yeah, all of those items are accessories, etc for Wolf, who was considered a "Cleaner" (as in cleaning up a mess) in AVP-R, as Strigoi mentioned.

I guess the cleaner kit was the bigger box he was carrying on his back in the middle. where all his stuff is in.
