What’s on Your Workbench? (Star Wars items only)

I applaud you guys because I don't know if I have the patience to exactly replicate the scratches!
I definitely thank Trooper Trent for coming up with these amazing stencils. I thank Halliwax for the well thought out Tutorial. I didn't think i had the patience either.(BTW, the hard part is yet to come...far from over). What about these guys that do them all the time? That's dedication, you have to love it. One is enough for me although i wanted to do like this crazy mashup one day of all the Luke sabers into one by using Trooper Trent stencils on a V2(with cone knob and mystery chunk) with the arrows imbedded in the clamp bar, the tab blacked, rails sanded down to brass, a Hero clamp card, Yuma/V2 antique gold neck, and DaveP tri-ring. I honestly think it would look gorgeous but it would be my lightsaber retirement project for sure.

Might jettison it as Chrome pipe is awful to drill. I'm still waiting for a chunk of 40mm Aluminium which cuts like butter in comparison.

But I do enjoy the sweeping curve so might carry on with it.
Luckily my Dental burrs are up for the job!
Any pogress on this? I always enjoy a good hardware Graflex.

It's got some traction.. found some old knobs and a nice clamp lever that I've had forever. Going ahead with chrome pipe as Alluminium not materialised pft!
It's currently eating drill bits drilling out the various holes so broke out the dental burrs which cut like butter..
Purchased some T track and fabricated a clamp so expect some pics soon..

With my Rescuer and Hero finished, i only have 2 things on my workbench to finish...well, one now...the V2. Here is the Yuma which is coming off the workbench and once the V2 is complete then there will be nothing left on my workbench for good. Just want to say thank you to Anakin Starkiller who, in my opinion, has produced the finest Luke Skywalker hilts out there, and Halliwax for his collabations and tutorials and contributions to the RPF and especially his friendship along with my friends Usagi Pilgrim and Psab Keel who have kept me grounded, motivated and encouraged through my recent trials. This hobby of building lightsabers etc. has been a great thing for me even though i'm not a collector. It has allowed me to meet many of you who absolutely blow my mind with your artistrty and professionalism and love for Star Wars in general. The best i can do is to just say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there and a friend when i had none. I have enjoyed your humor and craft and it's just time for me to invest my time elsewhere but that doesn't mean i won't check in from time to time to see how you all are doing. Now that the sentimentals are out of the way, here is the Yuma with my first and last V2 coming up shortly.

As always, stellar work my friend! I'm so glad to have gotten to know you as well and while I respect your decision to step away for a while, it will always be good to see you when you do decide to stop by the forums.

I’m working on a Darth Hair X-Wing helmet kit. It almost seems a shame to dirty this sucker up!
