What’s on Your Workbench? (Star Wars items only)

On the subject of mini items, I'm almost done printing a mini Minilite

So I've been tinkering a bit and keep switching from making a custom to going down ANH corridor.
Its amazing what you can find or develop to fit in a pile of junk in the tool shed (Cellar)

My question is..on the graflex where the contact holes are..

What have people used to replicate the brass nut/contacts.
I've found small nuts and was thinking of using a cut down dome headed nail, I used to have a jar of very small screws but can't seem to find them..
You used to be able to source these type items but since most electrical shops have closed its so much harder.

I do miss rummaging through bins of nuts n bolts..

I used cut down brass shoulder hooks. Not exactly right, but okay.

Good lord this inner bushing took like 4-5 hours to hand fit in the blade…

But it was worth it

gosh thats a good looking blaster!

I filled the blades with expanding foam to mimic the filled antennas of the 70s and 80s. They're still on my workbench because I don't know anything clamp downwards of the ESB Luke... and I still need reflective material for both

Still not sure where I am going with this yet but made a quick set of bunny ears..

Might jettison it as Chrome pipe is awful to drill. I'm still waiting for a chunk of 40mm Aluminium which cuts like butter in comparison.

But I do enjoy the sweeping curve so might carry on with it.
Luckily my Dental burrs are up for the job!
