Wet Sanding Primer Coat

Just wondering if anyone here has ever wetsanded the final primer coat on anything they have done?

I just was wondering if it is ok to wetsand primer? I have a piece that I really want to turn out well and was considering wetsanding the final primer coat.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Wetsanding and patience are the two best things you can apply to a paint job.

Thin coats wetsanded between.

I think most people do that, so you're okay if it's a sandable primer. I'm not sure if you can if it doesn't say sandable though.
