Do you mean Polyfilla ? - It's a cellulose based filler, I would have thought it too lumpy for most prop projects myself. :)
 
This is the same stuff I use FILLER

I think polyfilla is a trade name but it's all basically the same stuff.You want the powder type that you mix.The Mangers brand I use is great stuff and it dries solid.

Whew. Had a hard time making the jump from pillow stuffing to storm trooper armor. :D

Might want to try http://www.monstermakers.com/cgi-bin/monst...ER_ID=250179141 paraffin oil based clay. It is a hard clay very suitable for model shaping and holding delicate detail. It is also meltable. Sulfur free.
