Were the straps on Anakin's glove identified?

If not obvious, I am talking about the ~1"wide straps that are tied by the buckles. They look like vynal straps that you used to find on marine seats.

I know there was a thread about this but the search isn't working for me.

Are these not the straps from moto x boots or am i thinking of something else?

I identified 3 of the 4 parts that make up the buckles (I am pretty sure I know what the 4th part is but haven't found the correct one yet). As far as the straps are concerned, there were theories of the ribbed material being a fan belt from a truck or a rubber mat. I believe the prevailing theory is the rubber mat. I am not all that versed on the Anakin ROTS costume, but if you visit http://www.sonsofthesuns.com/, they have a good forum dealing with the Anakin costume. There are a few threads there about custom gloves and I believe someone may be offering mat pieces. As a matter of fact, I just turned over my few remaining parts and supply sources to a member there who is willing to do a second run of the buckles if you are looing for those too.
