So I want to purchase a cheap Constantine lighter to add to my collection and I love the one in Alan Castillo's amazing collection (http://www.therpf.com/f9/my-prop-re...87/index90.html?highlight=constantine+lighter). I contacted him and he led me to the Aliexpress dealer he went through. Perfect. Done. But not quite.
Apparently Aliexpress won't do business with Washington State. Just us. Is there any trustworthy individual out there willing to let me ship it to them and that would let me PayPal them the money to in turn ship it to me?
