Ah, I miss the Eek the Cat show:thumbsup

JP3 is better than JP2, so Spielberg needs to get back in the JP1 groove before touching this again.

There is no way possible that Jp3 was better than TLW...JP3 turned the animals into monsters, which shouldn't have happened, not to mention the acting was terrible, with the exception of Sam Neil

The second movie already did that.

The third one was fun because it didn't take itself at all serious and never shied away from the fact that it was not meant as anything but a quick fun ride.

JP2 is so treehuggingly self-righteous and takes itself way too seriously that I can even watch it anymore. It's basically just a formula movie where the dinosaurs show up at the exact same minute marks as in the first one and then with a whole lot of stupid filling up the space in-between.

Both 2 & 3 sucked... But 3 sucked more I'm afraid.
Yeah, I certainly cannot agree with you there. Neither were up to par with JP1, but at least I can still watch JP3 and have fun.

One thing's for sure, if they go down the path this concept art is suggesting, then they've ****ing lost their minds.

JP2 was a crappy adaptation of a slightly less crappy book that Michael Chrichton basically wrote to cash in on the popularity of the first book and movie. You could tell that he wrote it just to sell the rights to the studios to use for making a JP sequel or was paid by the studios for eventual adaptation, either way it was clearly written with a movie adaptation in mind.
