Well my baby got messed up....:cry..my pressure switch shorted out..so i stopped working for today...but i managed to do some stuff..

Here I finished the housing for the Pods...they will be sealed from the back with fiberglass for reinforcement..

This piece is part of the neck...its going to be detachable with magnets..i can't fit my head with it on i have to clean it up....add the magnets

Here are the pods ..i need to cleaned them up also...but no grinder..:cry

Here is how great theses peps are they did an awesome job with them..you see how nice they clear the shoulder....great job guys...

Here's the part i need to redo..its not bad..i need to figure out how I'm going to do the neck piece of the torso and to hold the mini gun..so this will stay like this until i fix the compressor

So I'm not too happy i didn't makeit for Halloween..but on the bright side i managed to rig up my compressor to work until i get my parts to fix it..well tomorrow work.work.work....

For those following my thread.....Well i been working slowly now..but heres how my mini gun is going to look from the front..I'm going to make the holes bigger but i don't have a stepper bit big enough...well i still need to figure out how I'm going to modify the gears to fit in the pipe...it will probably be powered by a 9v or D batteries..hers a video it sound kinda loud in the video but the motor will be hidden..maybe it will sound less...

That is easily the coolest costume I have ever seen! War Machine must be so much harder to put together than Iron Man just because it seems much denser in the upper body and torso. SO AWESOME!!!

For those still interested in my thread.. I Havent updated in awhile but here's some pictures of my biceps and arms together..also starting the circles for the barrels..still haven't got my stepper bit to increase the size bigger...

My shoulders are missing....have to figure out how to put them on.

Well of you remember i cut too much of the torso for the pods..here's a picture of it..

Now here it its fixed i had to extend the pods just a tiny bit..it will look better with bondo..

Here's how it looks from back..

The difference after its fixed...

Heres the other side....

This is not final i still have to see how I'm going to put the mini gun and back of neck part..

Well seems that i been doing torso for like forever..lol..well hers some pictures of the shoulders..i redid the sides because they warped..they look freeking straighter now...I'm happy with it i just need to glass the inside....
The torso was resined...i added a light coat..so it won't warp....but pods are looking better now i can work on the rear upper where mini gun goes..

Thanks man...this is my first project i do like this...its really hard when you don't see many being build specially fiberglass..or at leasti haven't found any..

I found a great way to attach the shoulders to the torso with lots of movement..will post some pictures tomorrow..I'm waiting for resin to dry..its cold outside so its taking longer to dry

I couldnt wait till tomorrow..lol..so i installed the hardware to attach shoulder..its pretty simple and had lots of movement..from the last pictures i put up i had fixed my shoulders they got warped so i cut the sides and repeped(that's how you spell it?..lol) the sides and refiberglass..then added hardware to them here are some pictures I'm not going to talk about each picture they are just to see..lol..also sorry i update too much for the slightest thing..i get so excited...lol..

So i said i want going to comment on pictures but..color scheme will be red..white..and green...lol..jk
