Wanting to make Bane's mask from TDKR any ideas?

Anyone know how to make Bane's mask from the dark knight rises? Any help would be most appreciated

Very cool way of approaching that. He used his own head as a life cast, really neat.

Sculpt in clay and make a mold...thats how mine was made! You can cast up the pipes too in resin and make the side pieces in resin. BUT your best step is to Sculpt it in clay
