Wanted: Clear Plastic Sheets large

Hi All,

Prototyping a lightbox for movie posters. The front will be curved.
The closest plastic sheet I decided on was Clear-Lay from Grafix 10 mil.
It curls too much and creates some creases when handling. It is very close to my needs.

Know of any 20 mil large sheets that must be able to bend a little.
Sandwich the poster between two sheets.
