want to use dragon skin to make a mask

i want to make a hydrostone mold that will make a complete pull over mask. just like a halloween mask. i remember watching "how its made" and the hydrostone mold had an outside and an inside piece that locked into each other to create a thin uniform flim. i have done slush casting and dont want to do that.
i have searched for the episodes on line and they are not for viewing, i have not seen any books or dvds from monster mask making sites that cover what i am after.
