Well, like I said, they're not removable... that's not a real screw, it's molded in the plastic for looks.
It's been decades since I bought that holster, literally... it's a Tex Shoemaker swivel holster, no idea what the model was. Like I said in that post, I just dug it out of my old gear box... mayhap I'll see if I can still read the model number off it when I get home.

I just found one on eBay for $44.95 & free shipping. I just did a Google image search for r-357 pistol and it showed up in the 3rd row of page 2.

For the diehard fans, this is the ultimate replica.
Kokusai colt python. Full metal replica with wood grips. Too bad they are pretty rare and even harder to get in the states. Also they cost about half the price of a real steel python.

I went with the block font for mine with black fill. They didn't have a finish option, only color. But it looks brushed in the picture. Figure about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to get if you order from them. Hope that helps!
I'll post pics of mine when it arrives.

I was wondering the same thing. Because, the pic here has the textured wood grips whereas the pics of the one on ebay doesn't. I believe Rick's Python has the textured grips but if I am wrong please someone tell me.

Skruffy- my apologies..you think that company used your templates or some such to replicate their badges? I ordered a pair several days ago and wasnt aware of that. They just came in and I gotta say, I really like them. Though I dont like the idea of someone else's work being used as an original.
No need to apologize... the badges they are making are cheap and readily available, so I can't blame anyone for buying from them. Compare their badge to the ones I produced:
The center seal appears to be a copy and the letter spacing is a dead match. They did change up the background to be bumpy vs. smooth and they changed the bottom triangle, which is why I say it is not a full reproduction of mine, but I see enough similarities that I'm confident that they used mine heavily as the reference source.

I see what you mean... here's a better pic.
I do admit, they are very nice.. had to customize it to fit on my hat, no pin back... but the quality is nice.
