Hey guys, I'm building one of the legion armors from Iron Man 3. Though this armor had virtually no screen time (at least none that I noticed) this helmet has become one of my favorites.
Edit: The pep file was unfolded by MiddleFinger and can be found here.
Here are some pictures. People like pictures.
This is my main reference picture (not much to work from : /)

All pepped up and ready to take resin

First coat of resin

First coat of resin dried up

Then I reinforced the inside with fiberglass mats

This is the helmet fully reinforced with fiberglass. It doesnt look much different but I thought I should include it anyways.
Next step: cut out faceplate and start bondo/smoothing process.
Lastly, I would like some input from the community on this one. This helmet is like the others where it doesn't fit over your head unless you make a removable piece. Because there isn't much known the Mark 39 armor I have to decide what piece should be removable. What piece should I make removable? I was thinking I should make the jaw held in by magnets to make it the removable piece. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
More to come soon!!
