Vinyl gloves? Could these work?

I found these gloves and they are exactly what I want for my suit, they look snug, not too bulky, have a texture, nails....eh claws , and they cover past your wrist. Only problem is they are vinyl.....and I don't know anything about the vinyl. Can I repaint it like I would an already painted pair of latex gloves? Any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks!

Oh yeah, I would be painting them to match my suit.....was just worried that they may not be workable
