Vidiian Warship

This is my first post in the Replica Prop Forum. I am from Greece and I like science fiction modeling and collecting. The last few years I am only a collector. I love collecting spaceships and vehicles. Usually, due to the high cost, I prefer replicas (instead of sreen used spaceships). My favorite show is the Star Trek (films and TV series) and a dream of my life was to have a screen used spaceship from that TV series. A few months ago that dream became true, I bought the Vidiian Warship from the Star Trek Voyager TV series. I bought it from the Propstore of London (with an about one year payment plan, it was very expensive for me). Ufortunately I forced to sacrifice many props of my collection (the most part of them wasn't screen used but I liked them) in order to buy it.
Here are some pictures of The Vidiian Warship inside the original production crate. I hope to enjoy them.

Wow, that's a great piece to start collecting original models with! Can you tell us the approximate size. Any idea who the model makers were? Congratulations.

It measures 33 x 36 inches and it has lights that work perfect. It has sold firstly in 2006 in the Christes auction and I bought it one year ago from the Prostore of London. The painting is perfect much better than the pictures I posted. It comes with the certificate of authenticity from the Propstore of London. Also it comes with the original crate from the Paramount company.
Unfortunately I don't have any information who is the model maker of the Vidiian ship.

That is beautiful, but I HIGHLY recommend you delete the photo of the Prop Store COA. Someone will copy it and use it for bad purposes.

But otherwise that is VERY VERY nice. I LOVE Star Trek and envy your model!

The two primary model makers for most of the Trek series' run were Greg Jein or Tony Meininger (under the name Brazil Fabrication and Design). However, by the time of Voyager, there were some other guys supplying them. I'll ask Greg if it was one of his when I see him next.....

Very nice. 1 real production prop is worth 10,000 reproductions. You won't regret your decision to trade up.

Thank you all for your kind words and your advices! I will remove the photo of the certificate of authenticity.
