vibro axe end piece- what was it again?

i hear the end piece was identified as a tap connector type thing.right at the top at the axe blade end. anyone have the lowdown on what part exactly it was?

It's a dishwasher hose adaptor.

I used to find them every now and then. They still make them but the clamp is wrong on the modern ones.
