Van Helsings Hat - My latest screen used prop

I've been patiently waiting for a couple of weeks for it to arrive, but it's finally here and I'm very pleased with my newest purchase, so I thought I'd show it off here!
It's one of the screen used hats worn by Hugh Jackman in the 2004 movie Van Helsing. I just had to track one of these down to go with my screen used Van Helsing costume!

Congrats on the hat! It's odd to see the stitching in it, as I never saw that when watching the movie.

Post pics of the completed costume ! It´s one of those cases where I find the movie extremely laughable (Frankie being the best in it) but like the art direction and costume design as stand-alone works of art such as this costume.

:lol I used to be the same way - I hated the film when it came out, but watched it again recently and had good fun watching it and loved the costume.
I'm waiting on a mannequin to arrive some time this week, so as soon as its here, I'll see if I can get some half decent pictures of the other parts of the costume up!

Very, very nice!!
I never noticed the stitching either.
I actually enjoyed the movie when it came out, not seen it in a while though.
Can't wait to see pics of your whole costume.

Thanks for all the kind words everybody, I was quite eager to see the other parts of the costume I have on a mannequin, so for the time being my Mal Reynolds display has donated his body temporarily so I can see how this is looking at the moment.

I've got a custom leather jacket being made at the moment and am hoping to find someone who might be able to tackle the scarf! (contact me if anyone can help!) and once budget allows for it I'm also hoping to get a pair of the Caboots Van Helsing boots and hopefully this will make a pretty cool display for the screen used outfit once it's done :angel
