How many holes were there in the grip section in the original Vader ROTJ lightsaber? I only saw 3 from the Parts of SW website and on the MR version. Anyone have any pictures?

I believe there should be 14 holes total.
Each grip had 2 screws each, one on one side at the bottom and one on the opposite side at the top.
The grips were re-positioned (new grips, no screws) , and only 3 holes are visible.
