vader/luke/yoda grip question

I've put my Vader and Luke replica project on hold for too long, I remember there being a paper diagram that you could use to make sure your grips were properly place a long time ago, is this still around? Also what kind of glue is working best for this project. Also what material is best for the in between portion of a yoda replica (between the flash and the grips).

p.s. if anyone has a proper looking endcap for a bolsey 2 or parts in general for a luke MR let me know please.
