Vader ESB mouth grill air filter type?

Looking to get the correct grills for an ESB Vader. Is this the correct filter to get the mesh from?:

Air Filter for Isuzu / Mitsubishi (ME033717 / 8-98091-394-0) - China Auto Filter,Air Filter for Isuzu / Mitsubishi

Also, i would like to know what other filters have the correct mesh.

heck, when I was in Lowes I was looking at the range overhead vent filters and it looked like the same stuff and was cheaper! looked to me to be the correct size too.

I'm going to try the supplier where i get my mic tip mesh from as soon as i get my car back on the road. I'm sure i've see the correct stuff there.

I did have a large sheet of it, but i threw it away after it went rusty in storage.

You will need a grill that looks somewhat like this. This is correct size and shape and looks good in use, but not the right material - this is aluminum. I'll see if I can find the picture of the bag these were in, posted by a friend.

I believe that to be sculptors wire form Diamond Mesh, Aluminum 1/4" pattern, 3 sheets 16"x20" which runs about $12 at art stores.
I think it is better as it is flat instead of the dimensional kind I posted for the range filter.

ah. thanks for the info and the tip for the grill topper. I have a RotJ and lost the lower grill so need to replace it and this will do just fine!
